The food mixer gear transmission structure includes a power input section, a plastic gear transmission mechanism, and a power output section. Within the plastic gear transmission mechanism, a sun gear is positioned to mesh with planetary gears. The power input end drives the sun gear to rotate, which in turn drives the planetary gears, achieving power output operation.
The sun gear acts as the driving component to rotate the planetary gears. By externally mounting the planetary carrier and connecting it with the gear train body and gearbox housing through large-diameter ball bearings, the mixer gear train structure becomes very compact. The sun gear coupled with a worm gear drives the planetary gears with the required driving force, providing stable drive and uniform force distribution on the planetary gears, effectively solving the technical problem of one-sided force on planetary gears and improving the overall service life of the plastic gear train.
