The food mixer gear transmission structure includes a power input, gear transmission mechanism, and power output. The transmission features a sun gear meshing with planetary gears — the power input drives the sun gear, which drives the planetary gears to achieve power output. The planetary carrier is externally connected to both the gear train body and gearbox housing through large-diameter ball bearings.
This design makes the mixer gear train highly compact. The sun gear with parallel worm gear drives the planetary gears with the required driving force, providing stable drive and even force distribution on the planetary gears. This effectively solves the technical problem of unilateral planetary gear loading and significantly improves overall gear train service life.
