Our facility includes over 10 Japanese all-electric precision injection molding machines ranging from 30 to 120 tons, equipped with advanced 5-axis robots for precision plastic gear molding.
Our capabilities span various plastic threaded bevel gears, angle conversion gears, plastic worm sector gears, low-ratio gearboxes, and meshing gearboxes. Full-process precision control from FQC first-article inspection to OQC outgoing inspection, with 100% inspection for special products.

- Japanese brand high-precision injection molding machines produce gears with dimensional tolerances within 0.03mm and weight deviation typically below 0.7%.
